Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the fact that each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly address the issue. Please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing us at info@thejjsdesigns.com.

  2. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number.

  3. We will replace the item with a similar item of equal value:

Custom-designed jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective or damaged. Refer to the Damaged or Defective Items Policy above.
